(1) Vendor needs to provide Voice Contact Center Professional Services to provide an integrated Contact Center solution with the existing Microsoft Teams environment.
The required features to be supported are:
• Skill based routing
• Reporting on:
o Call volume
o Total time logged in for agents
o Average time on calls for agents
o Wait times
o Time to answer calls
o Number of calls to voice mail
• Agent monitoring
• Post call surveys
• Ability for agents to add notes
• Support at least 2000 calls per week
• Ability to log agent out remotely.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.
