[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide After Hours Triage Nursing Call Services to
1.    On-call hours Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 8am, Friday to Monday 5pm- 8am
2.    Interface with Epic EMR (Care Link)
3.    Provide translation/interpretation services at vendor’s expense
4.    Multiple version control to prevent loss of data.
5.    Automatic email alerts and notifications.
6.    Ability to make requested changes/approvals from the email alert.
7.    Ability to assign each users deadlines.
8.    Automatic tracking and reporting.
9.    Auto archiving to provide effective record management history.
10.    Compatible with MS Office and Adobe
11.    Easy workflow setup and management.
12.    Real time audit trail that shows date, time, and activity footprints of users' access and changes through out the management process.
13.    Pre-configured workflow templates for standardizing process with the ability to modify to address specific needs.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 20, 2022.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.
