Vendor needs to provide call centre standby provider service.
- Call centre operators and infrastructure for
handling large call and email volumes arising from queries from credit union depositors as well as the general public.
- Respond to depositor telephone queries using a script and a fact sheet of frequently asked
questions provided to the call centre
- Respond to depositor email queries using a fact sheet of frequently asked questions provided to the
call centre operators
- Direct questions beyond the scope of the script and the frequently asked questions to BCFSA for a
- Provide periodic call centre report (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Analyse the daily calls for trends so that the frequently asked questions can be updated for the next
day’s calls
- Short notice and in large volumes initially tailing off over time as depositors and members of the general public become aware of the situation and as the resolution process unfolds
- Call centre service provider, all call centre operators, and the call centre facilities must be located in Canada.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
