[*] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24-hour emergency support and hotline services for inbound (U.S. based) and outbound (global) scholarship recipients sponsored programs.
- provide support to at least 2,500 participants around the world. Demonstration of a scalable approach is desired to potentially accommodate upwards of 10,000 participants.
- Provide a mobile based app, compatible with various phones and accessible worldwide, that allows to reach and communicate with its U.S. and global participants in case of an emergency.
- one-call combined medical & security assistance program with 24/7 access and the ability to
support participants
- Capability to provide multiple call in lines, for several programs where participants must be identified by specific program or policy number. Different programs or client groups will have different populations with varying requirements and needs
- A case/incident number to be assigned to a grantee upon case opening, or a process for clear and efficient hand-off among the case management team to reference and track updates to the situation.
- Provide regular, timely updates (minimum monthly) of all open cases in the form of a report, outlining location, type of situation, its status, next steps, and actions required to close the case
- Provide support to grantees through numerous secure communications methods, not limited to, but inclusive of e-mail, phone and other popular internet communication protocols (ex: WhatsApp, WeChat, Skype, etc) or a specific app.
- customized mobile platform that allows IIE to communicate with and, if necessary, locate participants in an emergency situation.
- The app should be accessible from a variety of types of phones and be accessible globally.
- Participants should be able to open the app to review safety and security information/warnings about current or destination location.
