[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 9-1-1 advanced life support ambulance response and transport services.
- Provide a nationally recognized ALS response model capable of responding to three (3) consecutive or concurrent 9-1-1 calls for service within county, 24 hours a day on a continuous basis.
- The Contractor personnel shall notify dispatch of any calls for service that would otherwise be a 9-1-1 dispatched call, that are received by any other means.
- The contractor is solely responsible for billing and collections for services rendered.
- The contractor will provide the area, on a monthly basis no later than the 5th business day of the month including number of total calls for service, 9-1-1’s, interfacility transfers, event standbys, private line calls and other.
(2) Approximate historical call volume was 3004 calls in 2021.
- Reflex time for all calls will be 60 seconds during the daytime response.
- Reflex time for all calls will be 120 seconds during night time response.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2022.
