[*] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide receptionist and call center services.
- As a state agency we receive 7,000 calls per week with customers seeking information about
commercial and non‐commercial driver services, customer service appointments, motor carrier
and vehicle services, highway projects and services, media inquiries, vendor management,
highway maintenance, other modes of transportation and more.
- The representatives will need to have prior call center experience in order to engage positively and professionally with customers to ensure routing success.
- The organization will need to have their own technology resources, including phone system to handle the volume intake calls. No outbound calls.
- As part of the 7,000 calls this group would need to help schedule customers who seek appointments through our scheduling system and utilize email to communicate with our supervisors for urgent requests.
