[*] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Afterhours Complaint Line Services to needs an answering service to provide an afterhours complaint hotline to obtain information, evaluate that information, determine the appropriate region to be notified, and follow the detailed procedures to contact the appropriate response personnel.
- provide all equipment, resources, training, and personnel required to perform the functional requirements of a toll-free environmental complaint hotline including long distance services for outbound calls. Contractor shall provide service seven days per week. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday outside normal working hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), and 24-hour coverage on weekends and holidays. approximately 2000 notification calls will be received per year. (2) All question must be submitted no later than June 13, 2022.
(3) A contract period will be for five years.
