[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24-hour incoming answering service
- Provide 24 hour answering service for incoming calls and dispatching emergencies and other work order calls
- Contractor shall be responsible for receiving and dispatching emergencies and other work order calls 24 hours per day
- Contractor will be responsible for dispatching emergencies from pre-determined list Provided and follow procedures established for other calls not listed as emergencies that may need a response from maintenance or other staff members.
- Contractor will be responsible for dispatching all emergencies and other calls within ten (10) minutes of receiving calls and following established procedures when contacting staff personnel.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 2000 calls per month.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2022.
