[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide worker labor law education, outreach and advice line services including in low-income, immigrant and limited-English proficient communities. Services are to include consultations and referral services, and media outreach.
- Program Management
- provide outreach and advice line services are to be available to the public in the following languages:
-    English     
-    Spanish
-    Somali
-    Vietnamese
-    Tagalog
-    Arabic
-    Chinese (Mandarin)
-    Korean
-    Persian (Farsi and Dari)
-    Other language capacity may be needed to reach various communities.
- Consultation/Advice and Referral Services for Workers provide regular one-on-one consultations with workers regarding County and State labor laws and assist workers in filing claims of labor violations via an advice line or in person services. The contractor must make services available during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., local San Diego time), excluding County holidays. Contractor shall contact those inquiring for services within twenty-four (48-72) hours after receiving an inquiry.
- must staff the consultations/advice line with subject matter experts on wage and hour labor law related matters. To the extent the contractor uses lawyers to provide consultations or advice.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 14, 2022.
