(1) Vendor needs to provide computer equipment and peripheral hardware lifecycle management and enterprise afterhours helpdesk services to
a. HP Sales and Service Authorized Dealer
b. Panasonic Toughbook Sales and Service Authorized Dealer
c. HP Certified Partner and Value-Added Reseller.
Lifecycle Services
• Hardware break/fix: includes warranty evaluation, spare parts availability and performing break/fix at user site.
• Warranty/Repair facilitation: for non-HP computers and peripherals.
• IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change): includes services for all devices.
• Printer maintenance: includes maintenance and repair of printers. Excludes ink, toner, paper, and
preventative maintenance.
• Service management: coordination of field support with inventory parts and logistics, including scheduling with end users.
• Incident and problem management includes problem investigation and diagnosis, incident resolution and problem management for hardware.
• Asset Refresh Planning Services: includes proactively planning lifecycle refresh dates for all computers
within Pierce County, setting lifecycle parameters and coordinating orders, deployments, and retirements to meet lifecycle age targets.
• Reporting: Provide monthly reports reporting on service delivery metrics and Service Level Target
performance metrics, as well as ad hoc requirements.
• Equipment disposal preparation and facilitation.
- technician services after hours for designated departments when needed for planned events or emergencies
- desires optional augmented staff for repetitive or basic IT tasks like computer deployments.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 17, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
