[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound investigative call center services
- Call Center is to receive and promptly and accurately process, all incoming phone calls from individuals, reporting allegations of fraud, waste, abuse, and/or mismanagement into an online hotline complaint form and to produce and provide required reports
- Seeking to establish a Hotline Call Center to receive and process complaints received via the Hotline toll-free phone number. requires live operators to perform the Call Center function
- The required covered business hours are 8:00am – 8:00pm, Eastern Time, Monday - Friday. Calls received during the Call Center operating hours will be received by Call Center operators.
- Receive inbound calls, accept allegations of wrongdoing, and enter accepted calls into the online hotline complaint form.
- The Call Center shall have analytics software to analyze metrics and shall provide detailed management reports on incoming calls.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 3,000 phone calls per year (12 phone calls per workday estimate).

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
