[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide live crisis line telephone answering services for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to receive calls from anyone concerning any crisis discovered in a long-term care facility, skilled nursing facility or other type of residential care facility for the elderly.
- telephone answering services with live operators after normal OSTLCO business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., on weekends, state holidays and some additional hours as needed
- Evening Hours (Monday – Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.)
- Weekend Hours (Friday 3:00 p.m. - Monday at 9:00 a.m.)  - State Holiday Hours (9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
- day-by-day totals for the reporting month
- operators to handle calls and will ensure that operators immediately receive and begin using updated information for call handling sent via email or other form of communication.
(2) Approximately call volume will be 1,500 calls per month.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 2, 2022.
