[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound emergency after hours call answering services.
- Answer telephone calls when office staff is unavailable and contact on-call staff with customer service requests; However, calls may be forwarded for answering during work hours.
- To provide a local or toll-free telephone number for each division.
- Location A, B, and C need the services for the Monday – Friday from 3:30 pm – 9:00 am and all hours on weekends and location D will need services for the Monday – Friday 3:00 pm – 7:00 am.
- Provide a live voice to answer the county’s after-hours and emergency calls and not a recorded message of any kind.
(2) Approximately call volume will be 1200 calls for different divisions.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 24, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
