[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency after hours answering service.
- Answer telephone calls when office staff is unavailable and contact on-call staff with customer service requests; routinely this will be during the workweek (Monday – Friday) from approximately 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 A.M. and during the weekends from Friday, 5:00 P.M. until Monday, 9:00 A.M for location A, B, C. Location D will need services for the following hours Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM until 7:00 A.M. and Friday, 3:00 PM until Monday 7:00 A.M.
- calls may be forwarded for answering during work hours
- provide a local or toll-free telephone number for each division on the pricing sheet for all forward calls
- Provide a live voice to answer the County after-hours and emergency calls and not a recorded message of any kind.
- email notification will be sent immediately after telephone calls to include the same information provided on the daily log.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 2, 2022.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
