[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services for dispatch services for the rotational tow program.
- Provide Live Answering Dispatching Services with an emphasis on quality and service excellence,
- City requires the following services to help meet the aforementioned need: 24- hour, 7 days a week, 365 days per year of Live Answering Dispatching Service for the daily dispatch services for the Rotational Tow Program,
- Processes approximately 4,200 towing callouts per year,
- Will keep complete and accurate records of all calls including dates and times of all incident, assignment of tows, failure to respond and refusal/inability to provide service and email them on a daily basis to the email provided by the city.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 6, 2022.
