- Help Desk Contact Center (HD) provides phone, email and web chat support for Veterans, family members, and care givers accessing the eBenefits, MyHealtheVet (MHV) web-based portals and Mobile applications
- Credit Card Payment (CCP) provides Veterans and their representatives an opportunity to pay VA copayments by completing “on behalf of” transactions using the Pay.gov website; research and requests proper credit for missing or misapplied payments made through Pay.gov
- Pharmacy Services (PS) includes the business lines of Clinical Pharmacy Resource, Clinical Quality Management, and Pharmacy Customer Care
- PS team responds to calls from Veterans concerning administrative medication issues such as prescription status, refills, change of address, prescription tracking, drug identification, and appointment information
- develop and enforce clinical quality monitors to ensure appropriate handling of calls and appropriate escalation of interventions
