[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone support service during normal business hours, as well as after-hours and non-business days for jury department.
- Requires live answering services during the following hours and days of operation:
• 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday
• 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PT on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and court holidays.
- The contractor will provide customer service on identified topics, assist with directing customers to appropriate information on the county superior court juror website and juror portal and answer other basic questions.
- The court may also require call handling during times of severe weather events, such as snow and ice storms, for which the court will provide notice as soon as possible.
- Access to phone interpreting services for non-English languages, as needed.
(2) approximate call volume is 1,500 calls per month.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 27, 2022.
(4) Contract term will be five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
