[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone answering service for solid waste hotline during hours when City staff are not available
- The normal hours of operation for the City of Omaha’s Solid Waste Hotline are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays. Hours of
operation may be temporarily adjusted at any time, for any reason. The City may utilize the answering service to receive calls during normal work hours when staff is unavailable, or to
receive over-flow calls,
- The typical number of calls the successful bidder could expect to receive is up to 10 calls per hour, must be able to handle up to 50 calls per hour under normal circumstances with no increase in cost,
- Under normal circumstances, the phone call must be answered by a person within four rings. To handle momentary overflows, any calls not answered within 4 rings may be diverted to a pre-recorded message asking the caller to hold for the next available agent. Calls diverted to the pre-recorded message must be answered within 10 minutes. Every incoming call must be answered.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 8, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
