(1) Vendor needs to provide compliance and ethics hotline reporting services and incident management systems.
- Communication is an anonymous hotline or similar mechanism (such as web-based portal, smart device App, etc.) that allows staff, contractors, patients, visitors and medical and clinical staff members to report potential compliance issues.
- 24 X 7 anonymous ‘hotline’ services that allow employees, vendors, customers and other stakeholders the ability to report potential concerns
- Hotline services must include a toll-free telephone number with live operator support and web-based portal; additional intake methods may include email or smart device App
- Online portal and other forward-facing materials can be customized with organization logo, color scheme, graphics and other specific identifiers; text available in both English and Spanish
- Live operators available to communicate with employees in multiple languages, with English and Spanish as primary
- Secure web-based incident management system (IMS) with 24/7 access and appropriate levels of data privacy and security and threat detection and response.
(2) A not mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 27, 2021.
