[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide a qualified third-party ticket sales company to handle inbound and outbound calls for athletic ticket sales.
- Bidder is expected to work with the athletics staff to develop an annual Ticket Sales and Service Plan that clearly outlines goal, strategies, and tactics for growing Athletic Ticket and Related Donations.
- Sales Increase Bidder is expected to increase University season and group ticket sales and develop new ticket accounts.
- Telephones and desktop computers for each employee will be provided by the University. It is anticipated that the University will provide phone lines including long distance calling. The University has the right to manage and monitor long distance calling.
- Bidder shall provide an experienced manager and high-quality staff will be recruited and trained. Bidder should understand that all staff shall be employees of the contracted bidder and shall not be University employees.
- University plans to implement a centralized data warehouse utilizing to create a single view of the fan across multiple data sets. Contractor will have access to the University owned system for purpose of ticket sales and account management.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
