[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide centralized hotline services will operate seven (7) days a week, approximately ten (10) hours per day with transportation available as needed.
- Hotline shall be 10 hours a day, 7 days per week, 9 AM to 7 PM.
- Operator shall provide: A call center with services and resources; Live staff coverage for the hotline during hours of operation; Logging of all hotline calls into an electronic database/system provided and/or approved by the County’s OSH; An established methodology to track capacity/availability from shelter providers; An established communication protocol for all operations that includes a dispatcher who provides alerts and data to drivers in real time; Coordination with both County and local cities’ assigned staff to identify and respond to prioritized locations; and, An established code of conduct and/or policy that ensures provider’s staff adhere to a code of conduct and work with callers in a professional and non-discriminatory manner.
- An approximately 45,000 phone calls, identified 9,443 for possible shelter referral, and made 6,049 shelter placements.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 12, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
