[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioural health after-hours telephone crisis and support line services intervention services and triage call coverage services after-hours,
- Services are intended to serve adults, children, youth, and families residing, but may also serve any individual calling the Crisis and Support Line during County After-Hours of normal Business Hours of operation,
- Business Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday – 6:30 pm to 8:45 am, Friday – 6:30 pm to 10:30 am Saturday and Saturday – 6:30 pm to 8:45 am Monday,
- The successful Proposer shall utilize appropriate language interpreter services for non-English speaking callers,
- maintain an ongoing call log and an Inquiry/Crisis Response Form on all calls and will send a secure (encrypted) electronic record of these completed forms to the Center by 10:00 a.m. the following business day,
- receives over 500 calls but under 601 calls per month for 3 months consecutively, on the 4th month, the County will be charged the price/month for 501-600 monthly call volume and will not be assessed any overage charges unless they exceed 601 monthly calls for the month, etc.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on May 19, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 27, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
