[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 family urgent response system services
- The purpose of this service is to support caregiver families, foster youth, and former foster youth through a twenty-four (24/7) statewide telephone hotline and a corresponding local in-person mobile response during crisis situations,
- Provide live toll-free phone response that provides immediate response to calls from the State Hotline to assist Caregivers and current or former foster children or children/youth who are requesting assistance,
- Screen and determine type of response to calls referred from State Hotline, and deploy, as appropriate, Mobile Response Team to provide in-person/face-to face response based on the individualized circumstances presented during the transfer from the State Hotline to contractor’s phone line,
- For urgent situations, in-person/face-to-face response should occur preferably within one (1) hour, but not to exceed three (3) hours.
- For non-urgent situations, in-person/face-to-face response should occur same-day or within twenty-four (24) hours,
- A county-based mobile response system must include the following:
- Live phone response at the county level that facilitates entry of the caregivers and current or former foster children or youth into mobile response services from the statewide hotline;
- A process for determining when a mobile response and stabilization team will be sent or when other services will be used, based on the urgent and critical needs of the caregiver, child, or youth;
- A mobile response and stabilization team available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 14, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
