[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound and outbound COVID-19 vaccine call center and site operations staffing services
- to provide call center operations that assists the public in securing appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations; data entry and administration and operation support efforts at various County vaccination clinics,
- Inbound/Outbound Call Centers:
- Inbound call center: Receives calls through call center and schedules COVID-19 vaccination appointments based on specified criteria using online scheduling system. Average call time is
approximately 3-5 minutes,
- Outbound call center: Make calls to potential recipients to schedule vaccine appointments from a variety of sources; call back lists, messages received, and community partners lists of individuals who wish to be vaccinated in eligible populations,
- Data Entry:
- Data Entry-Registrations: Key registration data into NC COVID Vaccine Management System
- Data Entry-Vaccines: Key vaccination information into CVMS by close of business the day of the vaccination. Information to be keyed for vaccine form includes; which arm dose is administered,
dose lot #, route, who administered the dose, whether it is 1st or 2nd dose and brand of vaccine,
- Vaccination Clinic Operations Support:
- Registrations on site: Verify patients’ appointment in system and register any individuals who were not already registered in (CVMS),
- Operations on site (Runners): Works at the vaccination clinics monitoring lines to ensure clients have completed their paperwork before reaching the registration area, ensure social distancing
guidelines are followed, direct traffic flow, sanitize clipboards and other equipment and set-up educational packages for clients,
- Health Educator on site: Serves as a resource for clients in the monitoring area, stamps appointment cards for clients, schedules second dose appointments while clients are in monitoring area, monitors clients for adverse reactions to vaccine,
- Front Door Screener on site: Check client temperatures as they enter the center, ask screening questions for COVID infection, give clients clipboards with their clinic form and patient education
materials,
- Check out on site: Schedule clients 2nd dose appointments, answer any questions the client may have about their second dose appointment,
- Vaccination Clinic staff performing operations support for the vaccine sites would ensure the clinics are ran smoothly, by performing the necessary job functions and assist with ensuring daily vaccination appointments are completed (3,000-5,000 per day, currently).
(2) A Non-mandatory GoToMeeting had been held on April 20, 2021
(3) All the questions had been submitted no later than April 27, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
