[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours inbound and outbound call answering service.
A. Town of Aurora
- From 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, twenty-four hour service on Saturday and Sunday and all applicable holidays.
- Approximate historical call volume were 225 inbound calls and 66 outbound calls per month and 8,114 inbound calls minutes and 2,382 outbound calls minutes for the 2020 year.
B. Town of Newmarket
- From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, twenty-four hour service on Saturday and Sunday and all applicable holidays. Beginning Victoria Day weekend to Thanksgiving Day weekend after hours call are received on Friday From 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Approximate historical call volume were 498 inbound calls and 93 outbound calls per month and 2,988 inbound calls minutes and 558 outbound calls minutes for the 2020 year.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 29, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
