[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide incoming and outgoing university call center services.
- Call Center to provide telephone and e-mail support services to handle incoming and outgoing calls related to financial aid; student accounts, registrar, summer/winter sessions, precollege, office of global engagement and undergraduate admissions; along with general institutional information routed through central.
- Live phone and email service is available from (Monday - Thursday 8am to 11:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm). Hours of operation may be adjusted during the University Summer schedule from June through mid-August.  - An approximately work volume will be 91,892 calls of Annual; 51,281 calls of Peak Season and 40,611 calls of Off-Season in FY 2020.
- An approximately work volume will be 133,354 calls of Annual; 58,584 calls of Peak Season and 74,770 calls of Off-Season in FY 2021.

[C] Eligibility:

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[E] Proposal Submission:

Response should be submitted physically (courier or post).
