(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound access line answering services to providing live bilingual English and Spanish inbound call center services, handling calls received on a 24/7 basis.
- Create a basic electronic health record for callers who do not already have a record in the electronic health record
- Update information in the caller’s record
- Screen and run Medi-Cal eligibility to identify if callers qualify to receive services
- Input assessment appointment information into the 800-log database until notified otherwise
- Number of calls for MH (separated by language: English and Spanish)
- Number of calls for SUD (separated by language: English and Spanish)
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 13, 2021.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 20, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
