(1) Vendor needs to provide call center and data management services from other Services functions.
- Operating a Call Center to support customer inquiries related to enrollment in community energy products and services, billing questions, and other matters relevant to Services.
- Operating a Billing information system to provide call center staff and community energy staff with readily available information related to billing transactions and customer enrolments. - Providing enrollment, billing, payment, and payment transaction reports to community energy and its partners to support financial reports and financial audits.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 26, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[E] Proposal Submission:
