[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours nurse triage call center support including further development of a fully coordinated, well-managed, patient-centric nurse triage service
- Development and implementation of an afterhours strategy for managing and advancing patient encounters, engagement and efficiency across the network, including (but not limited to), scheduling, appointment reminders, pharmacy encounters, provider communications, critical laboratory and radiology result communications to ordering providers and follow-through to ensure communication back to relevant stakeholders, telephone triage, including telehealth, specifically addressing:
- Efficiency and quality, Patient satisfaction and consumer expectations
- a centralized patient contact call center with RNs dedicated to answering incoming patient calls between the hours of 6:30am and 12:30am Monday – Friday,
- On Saturday and Sunday, JPS Nurse Triage operates from 7:00am – 12:30am,
- a 24-hour Nurse Triage Line,
- Annual volume for Nurse Triage during current operating hours is 95,000 calls/encounters,
- Annual volume for Nurse Triage during current after hours is 13,000 calls/encounters
- Assessment is expected to include (but not be limited to) metrics such as:
- Patient satisfaction, Timeliness of response to callers, Hang-up/abandonment rate, Average Speed to Answer, Longest Call Holding.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
