[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 311 after hours call answering services from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 6 pm, excluding statutory holidays.
- to handle the emergency calls received outside of the normal business hours
- system must be fully redundant including support facilities and defined backup procedures in the event that their call centre.
(2) Approximately call volume will be 200,000 daytime calls from resident, normal daytime call volume is from 700 to 900 calls per day, but can range from 600 to 1,300 calls per day depending on the season, weather events and municipal service changes.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
