(1) Vendor needs to provide 24/7 inbound and outbound contact center service.
- Current contact center hours are m-f, 7 am – 7 pm, Saturday 9am – 5 pm and Sunday 9 am – 1 pm Est with potential to expand, reduce or alter hours at the discretion of state department of job and family services to meet state department of job and family services needs
- Contact center agents must support callers in English and Spanish; Spanish support staff should be at least 10%
- Include the use of manual, and/or automated scanning tools to perform compliance and vulnerability assessment of information technology (it) assets that access, store, process or transmit federal tax information
- Provides an authorization layer and allows for the integration and extension of innovate state platform identity services into applications
- The CBOSS ePayment gateway solution is a highly flexible payment engine supporting a wide range of payment types: credit cards, debit cards, electronic checks, as well as recurring, remote capture and cash payments
- the product is a FedRAMP SaaS (software as a service) solution, which offers a standardized approach to cloud security
- A cloud-based it service management tool that provides internal and external support through an automated service desk workflow-based application which provides flexibility and ease-of-use. service now provides workflows aligning with information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) processes such as incident management, request fulfilment, problem management, change management and service catalog.
