[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide customer outbound call answering service and solution with an answering service that will provide best-in-class customer service, online tools, and streamlined processes at a reasonable cost to agency and its customers to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to speak with a live person about any power issues they are currently experiencing on average, typically receives around 10 - 15 outage calls per month.
- The answer and service level including response times in answering calls
- The process and controls to ensure call scripts are followed
- The ability and process of how call center agents would place outbound calls and connect the customer to a rotating schedule of utility staff
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
