(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 X 365 wounded warrior call center outreach and support service for inbound calls, answer all incoming calls, conduct outreach calls, monitor social media, conduct interviews with Marines and family members, as well as conduct an assessment of the individual’s support needs.
- extended support and outreach calls of non-complex, non-medical case management in situations where issues or concerns of the Marine and their family cannot be adequately resolved during the course of their initial phone call
- multiple and simultaneous incoming and outgoing phone calls without delay or hold
- a call recording capability and ability to record other pertinent data, such as phone call duration and recording.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
