[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide after-hours answering services during regular business hours, after-hours, and twenty-four (24) hour service on weekends and holidays.
- Regular business hours back-up service is from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M, Monday through Friday.
- Weekday after-hours service is from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M, Monday through Friday
- Twenty-four (24) hour weekend service is from Friday at 5:00 P.M. to Monday at 8:00 A.M.
- Twenty-four (24) hour holiday service is from 5:00 P.M. the day prior to the holiday to 7:00 A.M.
- accept telephone calls by live operators stationed at 24-hour call centers that can forward messages and emails to designated staff on a private line and must have the ability to evaluate and prioritize the severity of important calls
- ability to call in additional operators to handle increased call volume that may result from a weather-related incident, major power outage, major disaster, etc.  - The Answering Service shall direct all nonemergency calls during regular business hours to Property Management personnel
- direct all non-emergency calls during regular after hour's business hours to Property Management personnel
- Answering services will be required during special daytime events, night, holiday, and weekend hours; as well as back-up services during normal business hours, and on an as needed basis in the
event of a major disaster or emergency.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
