[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide hotline and call center services to design, implement and manage a telephone hotline system.
- Successful proposer will staff and operate a telephone hotline and call center which can be reached during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time)
- Implement and maintain a screening and answering service for the Interest List Hotline, with relevant information and scripts
- ability to handle a high volume of calls, including the dedicated phone line for the Interest List Hotline with no busy signals
- Capacity to answer at least three simultaneous phone calls without delay
- An automated answering service if the phone lines for after hours or when phone
lines are occupied
- Access to a telephonic interpretation service or language line to communicate with callers
whose preferred language is not English
- ability to maintain detailed records and provide call volume reports.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2020.
