[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Call Centre Service for Government Authority.
(2) Vendor should handle all traffic to one 1300 number, answering an average of 170 calls per day.
(3) Vendor should provide these services from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
(4) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for one (1) additional year but not to exceed more than four (4) years..
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
