Vendor needs to provide artificial intelligence/ Chatbot functionality to enable citizens to direct access to information at a time that suits them including artificial intelligence/ Chatbot functionality to enable citizens to direct access to information at a time that suits them.
- Chatbot/Virtual Customer Assistant (VCA) solution for addressing customer inquiries, especially during the peak assessment period. The goal is to reduce the incoming calls that the operations staff get and instead channel administrative and easier appraisal type inquiries through the Chatbot/VCA solution.
- State Assessment currently has three main customer inquiry channels (Phone, Email, and & In –Person) available only during business hours Monday - Friday. The business is looking to add a 4th digital inquiry channel that will be available seven days a week to customers.
- Communicate to the vendor community Assessment’s interest in procuring a Chatbot Digital Assistant / Artificial Intelligence solution;
- Gather information to build Assessment’s understanding of features and functionalities available within Chatbot solution;
- Gather information that could assist Assessment in the development of a future procurement process;
- Determine ballpark pricing to be used for budgetary purposes; and
- Determine the level of market interest.
- Based on the analysis conducted, our administrative staff receive around 90,000 phone calls throughout the year and approximately 10,000 emails with about 25% of that volume occurring in January. Furthermore, individual page views on our public website are approximately 40.5 million, with about 20% occurring in January.
