[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 after hours and live answering services after normal business hours (including lunch hours, leave time, and holidays).
- Weeknights: 4:30 pm to 8:30 am
- Weekdays: Currently the Authority is on a 4 day work schedule, exact days off for answering staff are subject to change.
- Weekends: Full coverage beginning Friday at 4:30 pm to 8:30am Monday
- Lunch Hours: One Hour per day as determined
- Leave Time: Full coverage on days where Customer Services staff is not available for any reason whatsoever
- to answer all phone calls within 4 rings in a professional and courteous manner
- All calls must be recorded and callers must be made aware of the recording immediately upon answering.
- The Answering Service will be responsible for immediately dispatching phone calls of an urgent nature to the appropriate
(2) Approximately call volume will be 923 calls per month for the last five months.
(3) Contract period will be three years.
