[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide child protection after-hours on-call response services.
- After-hours is described as coverage from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. local time Monday through Friday; twenty-four (24) hours per day on weekends; and twenty-four (24) hours per day, for ten (10) state observed holidays.
- Standby hours are all hours Contractor could receive a call for a response. Standby hours will be twenty-four (24)/hours per day on weekend and state holiday, and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. per week day. Standby hours are reduced equal to response hours.
- Availability/After-Hours Social Work Crisis Response Services to ensure the following requirements are met on-call staff is scheduled and available to provide an after-hours response/safety assessment to child abuse/neglect reports in order to meet required priority response timeframes and guidelines, on-call staff is scheduled and available to provide an after-hours response to foster care placement or extended home-visit crises, i.e., runaway, medical/mental health crisis, re-placement, respite, emergency CFS voucher payments, response includes the provision of transportation for children which law enforcement deem in imminent danger and are requiring placement; or children, within state custody, who require transportation related to crisis response, response includes providing resource parents with all available information about the child placed in their home due to a declaration of imminent danger by law enforcement in order to assist the resource parent in meeting the child's needs and maintaining the level of safety in the foster home.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 11, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later June 18, 2020.
