[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound and outbound telephone answering services from 6:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. (itself is open from 6:15 AM to 4:45 PM) Monday through Friday, exclusive of federal holidays.
- The Contractor shall staff employees to meet the mission during the hours the call center is open
- Maintain an ability to effectively communicate and positively influence the performance of team members in working with customers to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Provide feedback, coaching and development to employees to ensure alignment with performance measures.
- Maintain a methodology to effectively utilize randomized call monitoring to improve individual and team performance.
- Create and maintains a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level
- schedule medical appointments and determines patient eligibility for services from phone calls, secured messaging or other methods used for appointment requests
- Call patients, sends mailers (appointments by mail) or responds to secure messaging requests as needed to schedule, reschedule, and/or cancel appointments.
- Receive and electronically deliver telephone messages
- manage the total appointments booked to prevent process and booking errors based on current SOPs and booking protocols from being committed.
(2) Approximately call volume will be 50,000 to 80,000 incoming routed calls per month and 25,000 to 45,000 outbound calls per month.
