[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide campus call center operations.
- Must have experience with file transfers from an automated calling system; our current database system Millennium.
- Must provide a secure, password-protected SFTP site for reporting delivery and retrieval.
- Must accommodate bi-monthly data call meetings (in person or via conference call) with client to discuss and manage data import and export issues, concerns or challenges.
- Must provide initial, prior to the start of the calling program, and ongoing data segmentation services. Segmentation will be based on client or vendor agreement through strategic planning and best practices.
- Must provide daily credit card report. Preference is for the vendor to provide an interface to current state university database system and to database system millennium, outlining all credit card gifts acquired from constituents during the previous night's calling shift.
- Must provide a daily pledge report outlining all pledges acquired from constituents during the previous nights calling shift. Preference is for the vendor to provide an interface to current state university database system and to database system millennium.
- Must provide daily reports outlining any and all comments or questions from prospects from the previous night's calling shift.
- Must supply all data file transfers (imports and exports) according to specific, client specifications.
- Must maintain full documentation for all routine data extracts from calling program.
- Documentation must include: extract specification, data format, date and time of last update to the extraction code and the locating of the current process.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 11, 2020

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
