[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 x 7 high volume inbound and outbound call answering service and solution to be enabled during extreme weather conditions or emergency situations for handling a high volume of electric emergency and outage calls.
- This HVCA Solution must be capable of responding to a large influx of inbound calls that may result due to weather anomalies such as extreme storms or mandated outages, or any other emergency situation.  
- The HVCA Solution will be responsible for handing inbound electric emergency and outage calls from customers via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) as necessary during identified events.
- Ability for customers to report emergencies and outages in both English and Spanish.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 14, 2020.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting via Webex will be held on May 7, 2020.
