[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 inbound and outbound a toll-free telephone-based tobacco cessation quitline services to Texans ages thirteen (13) and older wanting to quit tobacco products.
- These services will be provided in both English and Spanish and will be provided by live, qualified counselors throughout the contract period.
- The telephone counseling will include one (1) to five (5) sessions for those callers who are identified as being ready to quit.
- Services will also be offered via online and web-based communications that may include email, texting or chat rooms in English and Spanish.
(2) Approximate historical call volume was 67,188 calls in 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 12, 2020.
(4) An optional HSP training will be held on May 8, 2020.
(5) Contract term will be one year.
