[A] Budget: Looking for proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone answering continuously from 4:15 pm to 7:45 am Monday through Friday; intermittently between 8:00 am and 4:15 pm Monday through Friday and continuously between 4:15 pm Friday through 7:45 am Monday.
• Contact HACP’s emergency personnel for all call-outs.
• Scan nightly call-outs to Facility Services offices no later than 7:30 am daily.
• Maintain T-1 phone lines with a minimum of 48 incoming lines.
• Maintain an emergency back-up phone system.
• Maintain an emergency disaster plan.
• Staffed to handle the volume of calls generally received by the Authority during the peak call times.
• All telephone calls must be recorded. Recordings must be saver for a period of at least ninety days and must be sent to the authority by e-mail in a WAV file upon request.
• All messages are to be stored and saved for ninety (90) days.
• Maintain a secure facility and maintain confidentiality of all housing information including, but not limited to having employees sign a confidentiality agreement.
• Have the ability to e-mail all messages and have high speed internet access
(2) The contract period will be for three year.
(3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on May 7, 2020

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.

[E] Proposal Submission:

Response should be submitted physically (courier or post).
