[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide contact centre services to capable of supporting Contact Center operations, operational infrastructure and, Tier 1 customer service agents necessary for a timely and professional response to all customer inquiries.
- Contact Centre Agent support during Business Days (Monday to Friday) from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. For new programs, hours of operations/support will be determined during the on boarding phase.
- Contact centre services (including staff, facilities, and related tools and services) to handle Tier 1 General contacts, support in English and French languages, as well as web chats in English only, Have the ability to scale up or down quickly to meet the demands of in-bound inquiries based on the volume of calls received and according to program stage while meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, Ability to integrate with third party applications and services and shall work with the Ministry to enable such integrations as necessary.

- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[E] Proposal Submission:
