Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 state wide inbound answering services.
- Telephone answering services for all staff using this service from all facilities within the department and all city jails (state-wide) trying to contact the on-call doctor or health care provider.
- The department had 205 calls requesting a message patched in a 13-+day period for an average of 15.77 messages per day, the department averages 488.87 messages per month, the majority of messages are place to med 1 with a maximum of 5 calls to get message patched to the provider, with the majority taking an average of 3 calls to get the message patched, mental health messages are the second most placed, followed by med 2, a message equates to an inbound call and patch/forward or message given to the on-call provider using the department’s provided algorithm.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
