[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours call handling services to live answering for emergency after regular hours or during emergency events for individuals that contact the city main number.
- After Hours Calls are received from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, 24 hour services on Saturdays and Sundays all applicable holidays as identified by the city.
- Average annual minutes per year for this contract approximately 20,000 at this time but are estimated at 5minutes or less call, with a monthly average of under 20,000 minutes.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 23, 2020.

[C] Eligibility:

- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[E] Proposal Submission:

Response should be submitted physically (courier or post).
