[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 4 call center and facilities operations support services but is not limited to, dispatch services: receive facility operations, maintenance, and custodial service requests by various electronic means (such as telephone, fax, internet and/or email) and create, monitor, update and close-out work requests, including any action(s) taken by various service personnel.
- Provide 24-hour operations, 7-days a week to include federal holidays.
- Adequate staffing shall be used to ensure services are provided 24 hours a day, seven days a
week, with all incoming calls being taken in an efficient manner.
- Receive electronic automated calls, emails, and text messages from Building Monitoring and Control (BMC) System computers.
- Create, monitor, update and close-out work requests, including the entry of work order closeout
details and action(s) taken by various service personnel.
(2) Approximately call volume will be 13678 calls in Year 2019.
(3) A pre-quote conference will be held on March 3, 2020.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than March 10, 2020.
(5) This bid is set aside for Total Small Business.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
