[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide call center services,
- During normal business hours, answer telephone calls to schedule or reschedule WIC program appointments following local and state guidelines for client scheduling. Calls will be answered on all regular, Wayne County work days plus on the dates of December 26-28 and 31 that fall on regular weekdays each year,
- Call center employees will screen callers to determine where the client lives. based on where the client lives, the WIC appointment will be scheduled at the clinic that is closest to the client’s home. or if the client requests a specific clinic then the appointment will be scheduled at the requested clinic, providing that clinic provides the appointment type and that the clinic is listed,
- Call center employees will notify the WIC coordinator if appointments are not available within 10 days of the caller's request,
- Call center employees will complete annual, online, no-cost, civil rights training to ensure compliance with USDA regulations on non -discrimination to guarantee that no person shall, on the grounds of race, national origin, sex, age or handicap, be excluded from participation in the WIC program. Training will be completed by January 30 each year and training certificates will be forwarded to the WIC program manager.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 4, 2020
(3) A contract term will be for three year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
