[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide call center services which is open 7 (seven) days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
- Weekday Requirements: Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, Weekend Requirements: Saturday-Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- The temporary staff will be making calls, conducting follow-up calls and asking questions via a script, Center personnel will also make other types of calls to monitor the health and compliance with public health guidance, although call scripts will be provided, call center personnel must be able to communicate effectively and adapt the appropriate recommendations based on information provided by the person contacted,
- Make a variety of calls including initial calls assessing exposures, identifying signs and symptoms, and providing public health guidance
- The temporary staff will be making calls, conducting follow-up calls and asking questions via a script,
- the temporary staff will be asked to do data entry by entering data collected throughout the day into a database.
(2) Approximate daily call volume will be 20-30 calls per day.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
